Description

You will manage infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to PMO processes and budget constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects toward aggressive deadlines and budgets using PMI-based PMO processes.
• Develop and maintain project deliverables including charters, RACIs, communication plans, test plans, and schedules.
• Manage project resources, finances, and deliverables within ServiceNow (PPM) and Google Workspace.
• Identify, report, and remediate project risks and issues to portfolio and tower leaders.
• Facilitate project meetings, assign tasks, and hold resources accountable for deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (PPM).
• Working knowledge of network structures, including bandwidth, latency, and IP addressing.
• Understanding of firewall and security rules.
• Knowledge of storage and Active Directory environments.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking.
• Ability to manage subprojects and complex resource plans.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Availability for occasional night and weekend work and onsite travel for go-lives.
