Description

Manage IT infrastructure and security projects within a multinational professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle from initiation through to completion.
• Lead project change management processes and handle complex task prioritization.
• Balance business and financial constraints against technical alternatives to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Engage directly with external clients to maintain high service levels and manage escalations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external client teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure or IT Security.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Project Management degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in client engagement and managing customer satisfaction.
• Strong competency in project change management and project life cycle methodologies.
• Ability to manage urgent, complex tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through a collaborative approach.
• Strong business acumen and commercial skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• ITIL certification.
