Description

Manage IT infrastructure and security projects from initiation to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery within business and financial constraints.
• Lead project change management processes and prioritize complex tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Engage with external clients to maintain service levels, manage escalations, and handle customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external client teams.
• Influence stakeholders through a collaborative approach while balancing technical alternatives against business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure or IT Security.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Project Management degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong competency in project change management and project life cycle methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage urgent, complex tasks and influence stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and commercial skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• ITIL certification.
