Description

You will lead the Modern Authentication Capital program and manage complex infrastructure projects from inception through full hardware and software rollout.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs by collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Direct technical leads, project team members, and external consultants to align efforts with project goals.
• Manage project schedules and budgets using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project Professional.
• Develop and maintain all project documentation, including charters, status reports, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Identify and mitigate risks through formal risk management and change management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record in infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in MS Project Professional 2010 and MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM).
• Proficiency with MS Project Server and experience managing SharePoint project sites within an EPM system.
• Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
• Proven ability in project scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Experience conducting operational readiness reviews.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate on the creation, evaluation, and provision of Statements of Work (SOWs) for vendor engagements.
