Description

You will manage the infrastructure project portfolio to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within scope.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the infrastructure project portfolio and establish clear delivery methodologies.
• Manage assigned internal and external staff resources across multiple projects.
• Lead the use of IT methodologies, processes, and standards for project management.
• Drive project execution using industry-standard tools and techniques including RAIDs and budget management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working in the IT industry.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook/Outlook Mobile.
• Technical background in application development, deployment, implementation, or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and RAIDs management.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with ITIL v2 or v3.
• Experience in professional services or within a multinational global firm.
