Description

You will design and implement secure network architectures and manage firewall infrastructure for large-scale environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Propose network security architectures that meet business requirements and follow best practice guidelines.
• Configure firewall ports, apply base templates, and integrate appliances into the production network.
• Develop and validate base configurations and create methods-of-procedure for approved change windows.
• Execute network optimizations, resilience testing, and failover testing as directed.
• Manage complex network upgrades and perform root cause analysis by opening TAC cases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in networking, network security, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Cisco firewalls.
• Deep understanding of DNS, NTP, and BGP.
• Experience with BGP, MPLS, OSPF, and IS-IS routing protocols in large environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, load balancing, and networking infrastructure.
• Ability to manage the installation and provisioning of new network and firewall devices.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience with load balancing technologies.
• Project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
