Job Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, ADFS, OKTA, CyberArk, and related security platforms.
Ensure operational stability, security compliance, and performance of directory services while collaborating with infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
Design, implement, and support authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), role-based access control, and identity governance solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Active Directory, authentication, replication, DNS, Kerberos, Group Policy (GPO), and integration-related issues.
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting technologies to improve operational efficiency and strengthen security controls.
Support IAM modernization initiatives, security projects, cloud migrations, and enterprise access management strategies while maintaining documentation, metrics, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, or Enterprise Security Operations.
Expert-level experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, ADFS, Group Policy Management (GPO), PowerShell scripting, and enterprise identity management solutions.
Strong hands-on expertise with IAM and security platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, OKTA, Venafi, Entrust, and Thales, including authentication, SSO, access governance, and cloud security initiatives
