Description

You will lead and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring operational stability, security compliance, and performance of directory services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), role-based access control, and identity governance solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Active Directory, authentication, replication, DNS, Kerberos, Group Policy (GPO), and integration-related issues.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting technologies to improve operational efficiency and strengthen security controls.
• Support IAM modernization initiatives, security projects, cloud migrations, and enterprise access management strategies.
• Maintain documentation, metrics, and compliance standards while collaborating with infrastructure, security, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, or Enterprise Security Operations.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, ADFS, Group Policy Management (GPO), and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong hands-on expertise with IAM and security platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, OKTA, Venafi, Entrust, and Thales.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud security initiatives and identity governance.
• Knowledge of Venafi, Entrust, and Thales platforms.
