Description

You design and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions across Windows, Linux, and AIX platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) architectures for OS upgrades, migrations, and replatforming projects.
• Architect and oversee Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) conversions and hybrid deployment strategies.
• Lead Azure cloud migration initiatives, covering Lift & Shift, replatforming, and hybrid connectivity.
• Define containerization strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for application modernization.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance alignment for all infrastructure and cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL), and IBM AIX platforms.
• Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization, including P2V migration strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and workload migrations.
• Practical experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Ability to produce detailed HLD/LLD documentation with security and compliance considerations.
• Experience in application, network, and security solutioning.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in infrastructure security, compliance, and governance.
