Description

You will design and lead infrastructure strategy, defining architectural blueprints and standards for hybrid cloud, automation, and modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level designs and blueprints for software, hardware, and network infrastructure that align with business needs.
• Define standards for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tooling to enable declarative provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Lead modernization efforts including containerization, monitoring, observability, and AIOps capabilities.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and emerging technologies to guide enterprise strategy and operational readiness.
• Ensure architectures adhere to governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure Engineering or Architecture.
• Deep expertise in hybrid cloud environments, specifically Azure.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization and Windows/Linux platforms.
• Experience with ITSM processes and service industrialization.
• Ability to set infrastructure standards, including policy-as-code and architectural principles.
• Proficiency in disaster recovery planning and business continuity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cost frameworks, capacity planning, and ROI analysis.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical teams.
