Description

You will own Tier 3 operational support for physical and virtual server environments, storage, and Active Directory.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage server and storage infrastructure implementation and support.
• Execute data center operations and maintain industry standard security protocols.
• Perform Tier 3 troubleshooting for virtual and physical servers, storage, and backup systems.
• Support Windows Server environments, virtualization, SAN/storage platforms, and Active Directory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in server and storage infrastructure implementation and support.
• 5+ years of experience in data center operations.
• Extensive experience with VMware vSphere (version 7).
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008/R2, 2012, 2016, and 2019.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD Connect and Office 365.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions.
• Experience with Dell and Client Server Technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Solaris, or VMware Virtualization.
