Description

You will manage the provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provision and deploy new network equipment, workstations, peripherals, and storage in accordance with operational requirements.
• Resolve Tier 1-3 support requests, including break/fix tasks and connection issues between users and resources.
• Monitor system resources, server/network anomalies, and application logs to ensure integrity and availability.
• Execute daily backup operations, file archival, and regular OS patching and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, architecture diagrams, inventory records, and detailed change histories.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives including threat hunting, mitigation, and security monitoring for intrusions.
• Perform hardware upgrades, resource optimization, and capacity planning through periodic performance reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in General Information Technology.
• 4+ years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching.
• 4+ years of experience in Hardware Installation.
• 3+ years of experience in Network Design.
• 3+ years of experience with vSphere/Virtualization.
• Experience with VPN and Remote Access Technologies.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Ability to manage time and resource constraints independently.

Preferred Skills

• Cybersecurity, Backup Solutions, and Network Monitoring expertise.
• DNS/DHCP, Network Cable Management, and Cisco Firepower/Firewall Management.
• Solutions design-build, software integrations, and integration troubleshooting.
