Description

You will manage the provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install and rebuild servers, configuring hardware, peripherals, storage, and directories according to operational requirements.
• Monitor system integrity, availability, and resource health through daily log reviews and scheduled job verification.
• Execute backup operations, file archival, and regular OS patching and upgrades.
• Diagnose and recover from hardware or software failures while coordinating communication with impacted stakeholders.
• Manage user accounts, desktop/laptop deployments, and Tier III support requests.
• Maintain up-to-date architecture documentation, inventory records, and detailed change histories.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Help Desk Support and Customer Service.
• 5+ years of experience with Desktop/Server Applications and Hardware.
• 5+ years of experience with Backup and Recovery operations.
• 3+ years of experience in Network Monitoring and Virtualization.
• 3+ years of experience in Firewall Administration and Cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technology discipline, or a related field.
• Ability to manage medium complexity work efforts and provide limited leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Audio-Video Support and Database Administration.
