Description

You will design and implement containerized application deployments and data sharing solutions within Linux environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Allocate containers for application deployment and install software within these environments.
• Configure and maintain data sharing tools, including analyzing existing APIs and data transfer methods.
• Troubleshoot network communication issues involving DNS, firewalls, and certificate installations.
• Coordinate with vendors and server teams to install, configure, and patch software tools to remediate security issues.
• Develop technical documentation including Enterprise Solution Architecture Assessments (EASA), System Security Plans (SSP), and installation plans.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and familiarity with Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of experience installing and supporting Apache Kafka.
• 4+ years of experience installing and configuring open-source SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or Presto DB.
• Experience troubleshooting database connections, performing backups, and developing basic queries.
• 2+ years of experience working with web-based applications, consuming APIs, and writing scripts to validate data.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments.
• Ability to manage user account provisioning and assist business users with software operation.
