Description

You will design and implement large-scale high-performance computing infrastructure solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure HPC systems, defining hardware and software requirements.
• Administer PostgreSQL databases and manage system administration tasks.
• Configure Linux environments covering storage, networking, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Establish failover environments and execute disaster recovery planning and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Linux CLI and system administration across various environments.
• 10+ years of experience setting up and managing HPC systems.
• 10+ years of experience with workload management systems like SLURM.
• 10+ years of experience with PostgreSQL.
• 10+ years of experience with Network Appliance clustered servers.
• Expertise in Linux configuration for storage, networking, load balancing, VMs, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and Bash scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Ansible or Puppet for automation.
• Experience with Nextflow.
