Description

You will design and plan complex, holistic IT infrastructure solutions to support centralized sourcing and strategic planning efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements development sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical specifications for integrated IT solutions.
• Conduct market research and technical studies, including supplier engagement, tool demonstrations, and RFI contributions.
• Draft comprehensive technical requirements and system interaction documents for requests for solicitation.
• Evaluate supplier proposals from hardware, software, and networking perspectives to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with implementation and transition teams to build out deployment requirements and project plans.
• Prepare technical reports and summaries regarding proposed solutions for leadership review.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Level Solutions Architect.
• Extensive experience with End User Services, including devices such as PCs, laptops, and tablets.
• Deep understanding of Server, storage, and data center services.
• Proficiency in Network Services and networking hardware/software capabilities.
• Experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and IT security integration.
• Expertise in requirements discovery, analysis, and technology selection.
• Ability to perform technical analysis of system interdependencies and architectural configurations.
• Proven track record in formulating solution alternatives and conducting technical market research.
