Description

You will own the technical support lifecycle for software application production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for incoming queries and manage escalations across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze issues to determine root causes and perform functional RCA.
• Prioritize and resolve tickets based on established support guidelines.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure complete issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to automate monitoring and analysis tasks using selected tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unix commands.
• 5+ years of experience with MySQL, including SQL Developer or Toad.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Understanding of web services architecture.
• Ability to analyze issues for automation of monitoring tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software application production support.
