Description

Manage and maintain critical infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment. This role involves scheduling patching, deploying systems, and providing technical support for hardware and software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and implement patching and deployment for new and end-of-life systems, including network switches, servers, and SCADA servers.
• Monitor logs, emails, backups, network gear, and vulnerability scans.
• Provide technical support for infrastructure hardware and software.
• Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures.
• Participate in an on-call roster.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2016 or above.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and O365.
• Hands-on experience with PC and server hardware.
• Competency with switches, servers, and SCADA servers.
• Ability to document incident information clearly in English on ticketing platforms.
• Valid driver's license.
• Graduate degree or Certificate IV in Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco network devices and wireless networks.
• Experience working with Type-1 hypervisors.
