Description

You will own the administration and maintenance of core enterprise infrastructure systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO integrations.
• Deploy and maintain Windows Server, IIS, DFS, NPS/RADIUS, and hybrid identity services.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and execute migration activities for Azure compute and file shares.
• Manage user/group lifecycle, privileged access, and M365 applications including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Provide Tier-3 escalation support, mentor junior staff, and document architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure engineering or administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, and AD replication health.
• Expertise in Azure/Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
• Proficiency managing M365 applications, including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Experience with Windows Server builds, performance tuning, and patching.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMWare, Esxi, and vCenter.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (subnetting, routing, VPN, firewalling).
• Experience with ITIL concepts for change, incident, and problem management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
