·      Demonstrated experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or help desk escalation

·      Hands-on experience with VMware / virtualisation technologies

·      Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)

We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Specialist to join our client, supporting a diverse and high-demand technology environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting virtual infrastructure, networking, and multiple test environments operating on shared platforms. This role requires a versatile, hands-on professional who can work across systems, infrastructure, and support layers to ensure stability and performance.

Key Requirements

·      Support and manage VMware-based virtual environments

·      Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and/or Linux virtual machines

·      Assist with network configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution

·      Manage and support firewall and security infrastructure

·      Support multiple test and development environments running on shared systems

·      Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system-related issues

·      Escalate complex issues where required and collaborate with internal teams

·      Maintain accurate documentation across systems and environments
