Description

You will maintain and support virtual infrastructure, networking, and multiple test environments operating on shared platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage VMware-based virtual environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and/or Linux virtual machines.
• Assist with network configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution using TCP/IP, routing, and switching fundamentals.
• Manage and support firewall and security infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate documentation across systems and environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or help desk escalation.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and virtualisation technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux virtual machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and system-related issues.
• Experience supporting multiple test and development environments on shared systems.
