Monitor and troubleshoot backend infrastructure, operating systems, and networking to ensure production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot backend infrastructure, Linux (Ubuntu), and networking issues.
• Use observability tools to proactively identify and resolve production incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and resolve incidents.
• Execute system patching and routine maintenance activities.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain technical records.

Required Skills

• 4-10 years of experience in infrastructure support or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of Linux (Ubuntu) and operating systems.
• Proficiency in systems, OS, and networking troubleshooting.
• Experience using observability tools for production monitoring.
• Working knowledge of Jira and basic shell scripting.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and system patching.
• Ability to work rotational and night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
