Description

You own end-user support and maintenance for computers and network systems, acting as the single point of contact for resolving incidents and service requests to ensure business satisfaction and SLA compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and peripheral equipment to meet user specifications and site standards.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows applications and networking problems in LAN/WAN environments to minimize downtime.
• Implement security measures to protect infrastructure from vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to corporate IT governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global IT teams to identify infrastructure requirements and propose solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Manage desktop image deployment with the WDS team, support data centre activities, and track hardware/software inventory.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure support and desktop technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows desktop technologies and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with Intune, SCCM, Active Directory (AD), DHCP, and DNS.
• Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and internetworking technology.
• Experience with ITIL processes and server/voice/communications infrastructure.
• Ability to customize desktop hardware and perform preventative maintenance on authorized peripherals.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to escalate issues to experts when required.
