>> Administering and supporting Azure IaaS environments, including virtual machines, networking, storage, backup, and availability services >> Providing robust Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration such as installation, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting >> Strong hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter for VM provisioning, lifecycle management, upgrades, and performance optimization >> Managing Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and authentication services >> Monitoring system health, supporting backup and disaster recovery operations, handling incidents and changes through ITSM processes >> Collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in on-call support to ensure high availability of production systems Requirements: >> Strong hands-on experience administering Azure IaaS environments >> Proficiency in incident and change management using ITSM tools >> Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting >> Ability to work independently in an onsite, production-critical environment with on-call support responsibilities
