Description

You will support critical applications within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Support critical applications and manage system integrations using APIs, direct DB connections, or file exchanges.
• Maintain and troubleshoot identity management systems including SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or IdentityAI.
• Manage web application environments using BEA WebLogic and Sun ONE (iPlanet).
• Execute changes and manage workflows using Change Management tools and Microsoft Project.
• Apply Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles to support evolving technical environments.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of software development or IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or IdentityAI.
• 2-4 years of UNIX experience with strong shell scripting skills.
• 2-4 years of web application support experience with BEA WebLogic and Sun ONE (iPlanet).
• Proficiency in SQL and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, RDS).
• Ability to read and understand Java.
• Experience with AD, LDAP, or other directory service products.
• Knowledge of AWS core services including IAM, RDS, EC2, and EB.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and integration patterns.
