Description

You will provide 2nd and 3rd line operational support for business-critical production infrastructure and applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite support for internally developed and third-party vendor applications across Dev, UAT, Test, and Production environments.
• Investigate defects and collaborate with development teams and external vendors to implement fixes or workarounds.
• Own the release management process, deploying application packages through the full lifecycle.
• Manage changes following standard procedures and represent application support at CAB meetings.
• Participate in 24/5 on-call rotations, weekend releases, and regular Disaster Recovery testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operational Support for business-critical production infrastructure.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments, specifically Windows Server 2019 and 2022.
• Experience supporting web-based applications running on IIS and Apache Tomcat.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL framework, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to run SQL queries and use PowerShell for scripting tasks.
• Strong technical writing skills for maintaining documentation in Confluence or SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring monitoring systems such as Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of Linux and Shell scripting.
