Description

You will manage and maintain critical Operational Technology (OT) Process Control Network (PCN) systems to ensure continuous availability of secured network services.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain network, workstation, server, and storage technologies within PCN/OT environments.
• Collaborate with PCN Administrators, Process Control, and I&E teams to implement changes in PLC and SCADA environments.
• Manage cybersecurity standards adherence, risk compliance, asset inventory, and software patch management.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure within PCN and DMZ environments following the Purdue Model.
• Support new projects and the full lifecycle of existing infrastructure systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting LAN/WAN infrastructure in PCN/DMZ environments.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 2012R2, 2016, and 2019 servers.
• Proficiency with VMware ESX Server and Virtual Center on Cisco Hyperflex or similar hyperconverged platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO management, and network services including IP, DHCP, DNS, and WINS.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
• Ability to work with Ansible, JSON, YAML, Python, and Azure.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Linux servers such as RHEL or CentOS.
• Knowledge of RF infrastructure including WiFi, cellular, UHF/VHF radios, or LoRaWAN.
• Microsoft, CCNA, or PCNSA certifications.
