Description

You will design, develop, and implement application infrastructure to support complex, scalable systems while guiding technical development teams through sprints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure for scalable systems meeting organizational requirements.
• Guide teams through hands-on development, including code, integrations, and data conversions.
• Perform peer reviews of development work completed by staff and contractors.
• Write detailed technical features and user stories to enable the technical roadmap.
• Collaborate with scrum masters to manage blockers and ensure digital accessibility compliance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical architecture and development.
• 4-6 years of proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework and C#.
• 4-6 years of proficiency in C/C++.
• 4-6 years of proficiency in Web Services and Windows Services.
• 4-6 years of proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• 4-6 years of proficiency in XML Schema and Windows 8/10 environments.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience working within Agile processes and scrum ceremonies.
