Description

Lead the migration of the on-premise AutoSys workload automation environment to AWS Cloud, owning design, implementation, and execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure AutoSys infrastructure on AWS.
• Execute the full migration of application servers, databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle), and client agents to the cloud.
• Configure AutoSys to leverage AWS-native features and migrate legacy job definitions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and the migration process using Lambda, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Guide junior engineers through the migration lifecycle and author detailed technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years administering, configuring, and troubleshooting AutoSys Workload Automation.
• 3+ years working with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudFormation.
• Proven experience migrating infrastructure from on-premise to AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with AWS database migration (RDS/PostgreSQL).
• Strong understanding of network security, including VPN tunnels or Direct Connect.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.
• Experience with containerization using Kubernetes or Docker in a cloud environment.
