Description

You will lead administration of the FileCloud platform in Linux/MongoDB environments while managing AWS GovCloud and VDI infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer FileCloud, managing user provisioning, permissions, onboarding, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot complex user issues and provide ongoing technical support for the platform.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, storage utilization, and security compliance across FileCloud.
• Administer AWS infrastructure supporting VDI workspaces, including deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, server builds, and data migration with minimal downtime.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems administration.
• Proven experience administering FileCloud or similar enterprise file-sharing platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Linux environments and MongoDB.
• Experience administering AWS infrastructure, specifically supporting business applications and VDI.
• Background in cloud adoption, migrations, and infrastructure design.
• Deep understanding of networking, storage, and system architecture.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and command-line tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
• Background in customer-facing support or consulting roles.
