Key Skills: Red Hat Linux, Unix Administration, AIX, Solaris, VERITAS Cluster, VVR, Ansible, Oracle, Perl, Chef

Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of automation tools like Chef and Perl programming. Experience with storage migration, patching, COB testing, and lift and shift operations. Understanding of Atlassian/Jira platform for project management. Financial services industry experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Unix Infrastructure for Unified Sector teams and process data using infrastructure technology knowledge.
• Build RED HAT Linux/AIX servers working with Factory build team and customize based on application requirements.
• Support end-to-end project delivery from design approval to production handover during Go live phase.
• Work in parallel on up to 15 projects consisting of 150-200 servers depending on complexity.
• Drive projects with minimal monitoring while providing periodic updates to project stakeholders in timely fashion.
• Perform design reviews of new projects and complete build sheet related work on servers.
• Provide technical and strategic direction while acting as advisor and coach to junior analysts.
• Troubleshoot and solve server problems while performing root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
• Develop Ansible playbooks and modules while administering Ansible infrastructure for automation standardization.
• Work effectively with virtual and remote team members while exercising critical thinking to resolve issues.

Experience Required: 13+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with proven track record of operational process change and improvement. 10+ years of Unix System Administrator experience in production support, preferably in finance industry.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's/University degree or equivalent experience
