Description

You will define and implement governance frameworks for infrastructure testing across hardware, network, storage, cloud, and platform layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing standards, strategies, and policies to ensure infrastructure readiness and resilience.
• Oversee execution of failover, disaster recovery, patch validation, capacity testing, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to align testing with compliance and risk management standards.
• Act as the primary governance contact for audits, controls, and regulatory inquiries.
• Manage test environments, including scheduling, configuration control, and cross-team coordination.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Testing, or Quality Assurance.
• 2–3 years in a governance or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and Change Management.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with virtualization and on-prem infrastructure.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks such as SOX, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, HP ALM, or Selenium.
• Background in infrastructure monitoring and test automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
