Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer Hyper-V hosts, virtual machines, and virtualization settings to meet availability and performance targets.
• Manage Hyper-V clusters, including cluster configuration, health monitoring, and operational troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain Hyper-V failover clustering for high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Configure and support Hyper-V Replica for site-to-site or disaster recovery replication scenarios.
• Design, troubleshoot, and maintain Hyper-V networking components including virtual switches and connectivity.

Skills Required:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization and clustering
• Hyper-V administration for day-to-day operations, VM lifecycle, and host configuration.
• Hyper-V cluster management including cluster operations and issue resolution.
• Hyper-V failover clustering and high availability configuration.
• Hyper-V Replica and Hyper-V networking for replication and virtual connectivity.

Good to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
