Description

You will secure and manage infrastructure within a production environment of over 1,000 hosts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers, technical managers, and security teams to defend technical concepts.
• Manage infrastructure components including virtualization, networking, and monitoring systems.
• Apply deep technical knowledge of Linux internals and networking to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain production processes, policies, and standards across large-scale deployments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of deep Linux experience, including internals, networking, and configuration.
• Experience managing environments with more than 1,000 hosts.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, Nutanix, OpenStack, or Proxmox.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, routing, switching, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Experience with Docker, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or OCI.
• Proficiency with monitoring systems.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in Linux security.
