Description

You will manage and administer Windows server environments to ensure performance, security, and availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows server installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Implement patch management strategies and security policies to protect against vulnerabilities.
• Monitor server performance to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed documentation of server configurations, procedures, and policies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Windows server administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proficiency in Office365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and MS Defender.
• Experience managing SFTP and File Server environments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and Ansible.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as AHV, VMware, or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of SMTP, server hardware, storage, and networking concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud technologies like Azure or AWS.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA or MCSE.
• IT experience within the banking industry.
