Description

You will lead the administration of Windows server environments, ensuring performance, security, and availability while mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, installation, and configuration of Windows server hardware and software.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Windows server administrators.
• Develop and implement patch management strategies and security compliance policies.
• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Automate server management tasks and self-service provisioning using scripting tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Windows server administration and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience leading Windows server teams.
• Expertise in Windows Server operating systems and technologies.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies including AHV, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Strong experience with PowerShell and Ansible for automation.
• Deep knowledge of server hardware, storage, and networking concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex server issues and manage security compliance.
• MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
• IT experience within the banking industry.
