Description

You will support and maintain OpenText TeamSite and IBM Watson Explorer environments across AWS and on-premise Linux servers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot OpenText TeamSite content publishing frameworks, configurations, and customizations.
• Manage and configure OpenDeploy capabilities and troubleshooting processes.
• Support IBM Watson Explorer data ingestion, crawling, indexing, and search query optimizations.
• Maintain web server configurations using Apache.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and IaC tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application or infrastructure support.
• Proficiency with OpenText TeamSite (version 16.6.1.0.0) hosted on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with OpenDeploy.
• Experience managing IBM Watson Explorer (version 12.0.3.13) on On-Prem Linux Servers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Perl, or Shell.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of Apache web servers.
• Ability to manage data processing and indexing workflows.
