Description

You will drive the protection of critical assets by developing and implementing frameworks to identify and secure sensitive information.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies, policies, standards, and procedures to govern the Insider Risk Program.
• Partner with Security Architecture, Engineering, and business units to identify critical assets and develop detection use cases.
• Create and test policies within Splunk, Symantec, Zscaler, and Microsoft DLP.
• Develop advanced analytic use cases and key performance/risk indicators using multiple data sources.
• Optimize Insider Risk workflows and use design thinking to enhance protection products.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in DLP, Insider Risk, or Security Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Symantec, Zscaler, and Microsoft DLP.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance standards including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Experience conducting risk assessments.
• Strong program management experience leading enterprise initiatives across multiple business units.
• Ability to communicate technical risk and program status to senior leaders.
