Description

Drive client conversions and manage lead communication for the digital services marketplace. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to conversion.

Responsibilities

• Convert interested managers and business owners by explaining service offerings via phone calls.
• Distribute company profiles, case studies, and testimonials to prospective clients through email.
• Maintain and update accurate client records within the CRM.
• Develop technical knowledge of core service categories to better assist clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sales or client servicing.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with senior professionals in English.
• Strong client servicing orientation and professional demeanor.
• Understanding of Design, Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, and Software Development.
• Experience managing lead pipelines and CRM data entry.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, Haryana.
• Any Graduate degree.
