You will drive growth for Talent & Learning Solutions by identifying, engaging, and closing new sales deals with small and medium businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop a robust pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Execute strategic sales plans for your assigned book of business and territory.
• Conduct needs assessments to align customer challenges with hiring and learning solutions.
• Manage and report on sales pipeline activities and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand API integration requirements.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within technology-based hiring or learning solutions.
• Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong sales prospecting and lead management capabilities.
• Advanced sales negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging business decision-makers.
• Experience in pipeline management and analyzing sales KPIs.

Education

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline.
