An Insight Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making through rigorous market research and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage primary research surveys using Qualtrics to capture customer feedback and behavior.
• Extract, clean, and validate complex datasets using SQL to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Perform statistical analysis and translate findings into clear, visually compelling reports and presentations.
• Monitor customer engagement trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with business goals and deliver strategic recommendations.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in market research, insights, or data analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or similar survey design and management tools.
• Proven expertise in data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to design effective surveys and conduct primary research.
• Strong data visualization skills to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
