Description

You will design and implement scalable analytics, tools, and KPI dashboards for Global Corporate Marketing and Sales Enablement functions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver complete data products, including datasets and visualizations, based on gathered business requirements.
• Oversee the development of analytical solutions in the data mart and manage the design review process for the enterprise catalog.
• Design and implement data quality processes across software systems to improve master data integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineering, IT systems owners, and Enterprise Architecture to define data standards and architectures.
• Apply predictive modeling and statistical methods to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and business performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of manipulating and extracting value from large datasets.
• 5+ years of experience with data warehouse solutions and databases using SQL, PL/SQL, or MDX.
• Advanced SQL skills, including optimized querying with multiple tables and subqueries.
• 4+ years of experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or PowerBI.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages including R, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with hypothesis development, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions using agile project management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of machine learning techniques including clustering, decision tree learning, and artificial neural networks.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a quantitative field.
