You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by managing analytics workflows and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business features and anticipate requirements to hand off actionable specifications for development.
• Identify key metrics across multiple groups to prioritize work within a structured backlog.
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and BI solutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing to ensure implementations meet defined business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve competing priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical or engineering role.
• Proficiency in SQL (Hive) for ad-hoc support and data extraction.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data normalization.
• Experience using query and reporting analysis tools such as Tableau, Pivot, or Kibana.
• Ability to document complex processes and technical requirements clearly.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical users and management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Spark, AWS, or Git.
• Code development skills and experience with YAML or SDLC.
• Data mining experience.
