You will install and repair SVR and fleet units in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair SVR and fleet units according to technical installation guides (TIG).
• Maintain daily fitment targets and ensure correct usage of Moitech devices.
• Resolve technical and client queries, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide feedback and resolutions to relevant parties within specified timelines.
• Adhere to all SOPs, SLAs, and company policies to meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in unit maintenance.
• Proficiency in following SOP and SLA protocols.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical installation guides (TIG).
• Experience with SVR unit and fleet unit maintenance.
• Strong English communication skills.
• National Certificate Level 4 (N4) or Grade 12.
