Description

You will design and develop learning and change management content to support large-scale business transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop training collateral for ILTs, WBTs, and nano-videos, including curricula, outlines, storyboards, and evaluation frameworks.
• Create change management materials such as change impact analyses, readiness surveys, and engagement communications.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and subject matter experts to gather data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Design visually appealing deliverables and manage project timelines and dependencies.
• Perform quality assurance for junior practitioners and support senior team members with project communications.

Required Skills

• 4-13 years of experience in learning and development, organization design, change management, or digital/cloud solutions.
• Proficiency with recording and authoring tools including Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, or UPK.
• Strong instructional design and content development/storyboarding capabilities.
• Experience in data analysis using MS Excel, MS Access, or Tableau.
• Proven ability in client and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
• Experience using Tableau for analytical purposes.
