Description

You will design and develop learning and change management solutions to support large-scale business transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, visually appealing training collateral including curriculum, course outlines, storyboards, and nano-videos for ILTs and WBTs.
• Create change management materials such as change impact analyses, readiness surveys, communications, and engagement content.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and subject matter experts in virtual and live environments to deliver project tasks.
• Gather data and perform analysis to provide recommendations and solve client issues.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while providing updates to the Project Lead.

Required Skills

• 4-13 years of experience in learning and development, organization design, change management, or digital/cloud solutions.
• Instructional design and content development expertise.
• Experience with authoring tools: Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, or uPerform.
• Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel, MS Access, or Tableau.
• Strong storyboarding and visual design capabilities.
• Change management methodology and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
