Description

You will design and develop learning solutions and change management materials to support large-scale business transformations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create training collateral including curricula, course outlines, storyboards, and nano-videos for ILTs and WBTs.
• Develop change management assets such as impact analyses, readiness surveys, and engagement content.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and subject matter experts to deliver project tasks.
• Analyze data to provide recommendations and solve client issues.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while updating the Project Lead.

Required Skills

• 4-13 years of experience in learning and development, organization design, or change management.
• Expertise in instructional design and content development.
• Proficiency with authoring tools: Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, or uPerform.
• Strong storyboarding and visual design capabilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel, MS Access, or Tableau.
• Change management methodology and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
