Description

Design and develop learning and change management assets to support large-scale business transformations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing training collateral, including curriculum, course outlines, storyboards, and nano-videos for ILTs and WBTs.
• Develop change management materials such as impact analyses, readiness surveys, and engagement communications.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and subject matter experts to gather data and solve issues in virtual and live environments.
• Manage moderately complex engagements by structuring, reviewing, and validating recommendations and deliverables.
• Provide quality assurance for junior practitioners and deliver timely updates on project timelines and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 4-13 years of experience in learning and development, organization design, change management, or digital/cloud solutions.
• Instructional design expertise with strong content development and storyboarding capabilities.
• Proficiency in change management methodology.
• Data analysis skills using MS Excel, MS Access, and Tableau.
• Experience with recording and authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, or UPK.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated client and stakeholder engagement experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems including Oracle and SAP.
• Experience using Tableau for analytical purposes.
