Description

You will design and develop training content for business organization teams, owning the full lifecycle from needs analysis to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructor-led and virtual learning assets, including new hire training and product-specific modules.
• Write technical documentation and capture processes for performance support.
• Partner with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and define course content.
• Design knowledge assessments, role-plays, activities, and job aids using an agile approach.
• Conduct end-user testing and validation to ensure tool and process accuracy.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Instructional Design and Development experience.
• 2-3 years of Technical Writing experience.
• Proficiency in eLearning development using Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Graphic design and editing skills using Snagit or Photoshop.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced adult learning and program management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Digital Content Management experience with WordPress or Adobe Experience.
