Description

You will design and manage training programs focused on immunization services and regulations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing training programs and revise content based on performance data.
• Develop training materials using Adobe Captivate and Moodle.
• Plan, organize, and implement multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Generate accurate reports and instructional assets under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with local, state, and national laws, rules, regulations, and policies relevant to immunization services.
• 5+ years of professional experience using Adobe Captivate.
• 5+ years of experience managing and utilizing Moodle.
• Proficiency with the ADDIE instructional design methodology.
• Ability to develop and deliver clear presentations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management and organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or public health training environments.
